¡Otra semana, otra canción!  Esta semana, tenemos Jenny and the Mexicats interpretando “Flor”.

Two reasons for sharing this today.  Let’s go backward.  Second, I was got into the mood for another Jenny tune, since it had been a few weeks (months?) since I shared one.  First, I actually had a HA-ASH song on my mind all day and had thought of posting that, but then I got to reviewing my feed and realized I’d hit you with quite a few of those recently.  Time for a change-up.  Hannah and Ashley will be back.  Just not this week.

Navigated over to Jen’s YouTube channel, and this was one of the first videos to appear.  I didn’t expect to like it this much — took me by surprise!  The lyrics are a little repetitive, but sweet.  The beat keeps my feet tapping, and Jenny tears it up on both vocals and trumpet, as usual.  Hope you enjoy….

Sorry I didn’t get a video up for last week.  I thought I’d have all the time in the world, since my employer gives us the week off for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.  However, I’m in the middle of a job transition with lots of (virtual) paperwork to complete, and family events also kept me hopping.  Long story short:  I didn’t touch the blog all week.  (Did get some Duolingo studying done, though, so not a total waste.)
